Felicia Hill is a writer/screenwriter and self published author of 2 books, who worked as a News Correspondent for three years before turning her first spec script into a book.  Her forte is creating a great story.  “For me, a great story must have substance and make an impact on the reader’s senses.  I prefer to write content that arouses the latent consciousness that we so often wish to remain hidden in self.”  When approached about the possibility of adapting her first book, The Window Shade, to the screen, there was no hum and hah.  “From a culture perspective, I have story subjects that must be told and discussed; by using my characters to confront and agitate, while maintaining my personal writer’s code. No disparaging, degrading or demoralizing.”
